Peacebuilding Update

In January, the community surrounding Lietnhom was rocked by violent tribal conflict between the Dinka and Nuer tribes. James Baak worked with the police and military who were sent to the region to protect Lietnhom proper during the height of the conflict.

After both sides agreed to put down their weapons, James Baak was asked by government officials to lead the peacebuilding and reconciliation dialogues between the two tribes. This is his update:
